How much does a delivery cost?

Within Australia :

- For a purchase under AUD $75,  a shipping fee of AUD $10 will incur.

- For a purchase over AUD $75, free delivery will be provided within Australia.

Rest of the world*:

- For a purchase under AUD $125, a shipping fee of AUD $20 will incur.

- For a purchase over AUD $125, free delivery will be provided worldwide.

 *Some countries are excluded from our service carriers due to their policies : Ukraine,Russia, Belarus, Afghanistan, Dominica, Fiji, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Guadeloupe, Haiti,Honduras, Libya, Martinique, Nicaragua, New Caledonia, Papua New Guinea, Réunion, Samoa, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Yemen, Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syrian, and Arab Republic. We apologise that our products and services cannot reach to the above listed locations.

How long does a delivery take?

Please note the Delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
Average dispatch is 1- 2 business days (including weekends).
Average international standard delivery is 10 - 20 working days depends on countries.

For Standard International Delivery, some countries take longer due to customs clearances and you should allow up to 28 days depending on countries. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing your order.

Once your order has been shipped, your order cannot be changed or cancelled; please double check before placing your order. 

What to do if I accidentally entered a wrong delivery address?

If for whatever reason you have accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately via info@melodylaws.com to change your details. If your item has already been shipped we CANNOT change or re-route your product and you WILL NOT be eligible for a refund. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all details are correct before purchase.

If you have entered the wrong information please ensure you contact us via our email: info@melodylaws.com within 30 minutes after ordering if you wish to change it.
