I've received a damaged item. What should I do?

- Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the package for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. While some wear on the shipping carton is normal, if you find damage to the item(s) inside, kindly retain the box, packing materials, and the damaged items. If retaining the contents is impractical due to the extent of damage, handle them with care, take a photo of the damaged item(s), and then safely discard the compromised contents.
